Bicycle wreck leads to lawsuit
As reported by the Baltimore Sun newspaper, a bicycle wreck resulting in the death of a 67 year old man has resulted in a lawsuit. The lawsuit contends that a truck driver turned right into the path of the bicycle rider without first signaling.
