Dmytro Palii Killed in Hit and Run Accident in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina
A terrible and tragic accident on Tuesday has resulted in the death of a Ukranian man who was riding his bicycle on Virginia Dare Trail in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina. The bicyclist, Dmytro Palii, was part of the Summer Travel/Work Visitor program and was working at the Food Lion in Nags Head. The driver of the vehicle that hit Mr. Palii fled the scene but now has been arrested and charged in the accident.
