Charlotte NC Bicyclist Killed in Two-Car Accident

On Sunday morning in Charlotte, North Carolina a bicyclist was killed in an accident that involved two vehicles.  The accident apparently happened at intersection of Parkwood Avenue and Hawthorne Drive at around 11:30 a.m.

According to reported information, a man driving a pickup truck pulled in front of a woman driving a Lexus sedan.  The impact of the truck and the Lexus pushed the Lexus into a bicyclist which killed the rider.

The driver of the pickup has been charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle.
