Olympic Bicyclist Injured When Car Suddenly Crosses Road In Front Of Him
I recently came across an interesting story about a serious injury suffered by one of the world’s top bicyclists.
The bicyclist, Tony Martin of Germany, was riding near his Swiss home when a car suddenly pulled across the road in front of him. As a result of the collision, Martin suffered severe injuries to his face including a broken jaw and cheekbone. Martin is considered one of the favorites to win a gold medal in the London Olympics.
